FLA-Karangmalang. After organizing the 3rd General Meeting at the Faculty of Language and Arts, Yogyakarta State University last year, INDOPED Project held a similar event on October 2-4, 2017. This time, the General Meeting was held at Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh.

The meeting was attended by representatives from all INDOPED partners from Europe, namely Turku University of Applied Sciences (TUAS, Finland, InHolland University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), University of Gdansk (Poland), Business Academy Aarhus (Denmark), and University of Seville (Spain). Also attending are the representatives of Indonesian partners from Yogyakarta State University (YSU), BINUS University, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Widya Mandala Catholic University, and SEAMOLEC. YSU was represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Arts as the Manager of INDOPED Project in YSU, Dr. Widyastuti Purbani, MA, as well as Nuning Catur Sri Wilujeng, MA, Herman, M.Pd., and Tri Sugiarto, M. Hum.

The first day agenda of the General Meeting, (2/10/2017), was sharing piloting experience by each partner from universities in Indonesia. Yogyakarta State University was represented by Herman, M.Pd. from the Department of French Education and Tri Sugiarto, M. Hum from the English Literature Study Program. Representatives from YSU presented the experiences of piloting three different methods that have been implemented in Faculty of Languages and Arts, YSU, namely Storytelling, Innovation Camp, and Project Hatchery. The event continued with an intensive meeting discussing the preparation of the upcoming program.

This meeting is expected to produce innovative programs in the field of higher education teaching and learning. Furthermore, the new breakthroughs are expected to increase pedagogic ability of some of universities in Indonesia.[ismi]
